Blank Firing Guns

Maxsell has a 30-day return policy. This does not include our blanks blank guns, replica guns, or non firing guns.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and original condition and we will give you your choice of a refund or exchange. No restocking fee applies. If purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions.

Please note that this policy does not apply to custom made items. Custom made items such as custom badge cases and custom badges may not be returned under any circumstance. Any item that is specifically created for you may not be returned.

Electronics are not covered under the 30 day warranty. Any electronic products have a 3 day warranty. If the product is malfunctioning due to a manufacturer's defect you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Doing so will allow you to send it back to us for a refund or exchange. Once this 3 day period has expired we will not accept any returns. Maxsell performs thorough checks on all of its electronic products before shipping them out.

You must contact us by e-mail or phone prior to returning an item. Please include your billing address, name and items ordered in the e-mail. send the package regular mail insured. Include a note explaining the reason for the return. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with  recieveing and returning products to us unless the product is defective or received in error.Refunds for shipping will not be issued.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check all laws pertaining to an item prior to ordering. You must be 18 years of age or older to order, and 21 or older to sign for them. All blank firing guns will require age verification and signature at the time of delivery. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after placing the order, weekends and holidays excluded. Domestic orders to a physical address will be shipped via FedEx (unless specified otherwise.) All international orders and domestic orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS (post office.) Ammunition cannot be shipped via air. Please note; all ammo ships separately from air packages. All ammo must ship ground. Absolutely no blank firing guns can be shipped to Canada.

CUSTOM BADGE ORDERS TAKE 4-6 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION. NO RUSH ORDERS AVAILABLE!

ALL EXPEDITED ORDERS INCLUDING NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY AND 3DAY EXPRESS SAVER, TAKE A MANDATORY 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS / DISCOVER. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address that is on file with the card issuer. Please note; no order will be shipped to an address that cannot be verified. If an address cannot be verified the order will be held until the billing address can be verified or a credit/refund is given. Please note that all orders placed on maxsell.com will appear as: "MAXSELL Corporation" on your credit card statement. Maxsell reserves the right to refuse any customer for any reason. We take Money Orders must be made payable to "Maxsell Corporation". Orders paid for with a money order will be shipped as soon as possible from the receipt of the money order. Please send money orders to the address listed below. Checks must be made payable to "Maxsell Corporation". Checks will be held for 21 days before the merchandise is shipped. For this reason recommended payment is either by credit card or via money order. If mailing a check, please send it to the mailing address listed below.
