Exchanges and Returns

Important warranty and product return information is provided in this document. Please take a moment to read and understand our return policies. All of our replica guns are tested before they ship. In order to keep our prices as low as possible we must employ strict policies for returns and replacements. We apologize if this causes any difficulty for our customers but due to the nature and usage of these products there is a high probability of accidental damage in use, abuse, and normal wear and tear. Accidental damage is not considered a manufacturer's defect and is not covered under any warranty. Please note that magazines, cases, and other separate components are not covered under warranty. We appreciate your cooperation.

Standard Return Policy: 30 Day Return Policy

Customers must contact us via e-mail (customerquestions@maxsell.com) to obtain an RMA number. Please include your billing address, name and items ordered in the e-mail. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused.

Blank guns may not be returned if they have been altered or damaged by the customer in any way. This includes scratching or damaging the gun as well as removing the red plug in the barrel. If a blank gun is returned in this condition it will be refused.

Customers may return an item within 30 days of receipt. If the item was received in error, damaged, or defective we will cover the cost of the return. Items in this condition may be returned for an exchange or repair. We will perform a thorough examination on items which are defective to determine the validity of the claim. We will also examine the surveillance video to determine if the item was visually defective when it was originally packaged. If we determine that the item is defective we will ship the exchanged or repaired item free of charge. If we determine that the item is not defective we will return the item to the customer at his/her expense.

Customers may return an item within 30 days of receipt even if the item was not received in error, defective, or damaged. Items returned in this condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. Additionally, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please note that this policy does not apply to custom made items. Custom made items may only be returned if we have made a mistake in making them. We may refuse the return of any item if we determine the mistake was made by the customer. Any item that is specifically created for the customer may not be returned if it does not meet the aforementioned conditions.

Electronics are not covered under the 30 day warranty. Any electronic products have a 3 day warranty. If the product is malfunctioning due to a manufacturer's defect you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Doing so will allow you to send it back to us for a refund or exchange. Once this 3 day period has expired we will not accept any returns. We perform thorough checks on all of its electronic products before shipping them out.

Refunds

We will notify the customer via e-mail of their refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receipt of the return.

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning product to us unless the product is defective or received in error. Additionally, products that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and Liability

It is the customer's responsibility to check all laws pertaining to an item prior to ordering. You must be 18 years of age or older to order, and 21 or older to sign for blank firing guns. All blank firing guns will require age verification and signature at the time of delivery. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after placing the order, weekends and holidays excluded. Ammunition cannot be shipped via air. Please note: all ammo must ship separately from air packages. All ammo must ship ground.

Shipping time frame:


Standard orders take 5-7 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery.

Custom badge orders take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. No rush orders available. Once produced, custom badges take 5-7 business days for delivery unless an expedited delivery method has been requested.

Custom cut badge cases take 1 week to produce. Once produced, custom cut badge cases take 5-7 business days for delivery unless an expedited delivery method has been requested.

Expedited orders, including Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3Day Express Saver, are subject to a 1-2 business day processing period.

All Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices, colors, packaging and minimum quantities are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, paypal, checks, and western union money grams.

Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address registered with the credit card. If the item absolutely needs to be shipped elsewhere please e-mail us at customerquestions@maxsell.com and we will provide further instructions. Please note: no order will be shipped to an address that cannot be verified. If an address cannot be verified the order will be held until the customer can be contacted and the billing address can be verified or a credit/refund is given.

Please note that the charge shown on your credit card statement will be: "Maxsell Corporation" on your credit card statement.

We reserve the right to refuse any customer for any reason.

Money Orders must be made payable to "Maxsell Corporation". Orders paid for with a money order will be processed 1-2 business days after the receipt of the money order. Checks must be made payable to "Maxsell Corporation". Checks will be held for 21 days before the merchandise is shipped. For this reason we recommend paying with a credit card, money order, or paypal. Please send money orders and checks to the mailing address shown below.

Low Price Guarantee

We will beat any advertised price. However, we must be able to verify the price and also the availability of the product. If another vendor is advertising a lower price but does not have the product available, the low price guarantee does not apply.
