9mm / .380 Blank Ammunition
All Ammunition is Not Created Equally These .380 crimp blanks from Y.A.S. of Turkey
are the latest in blank ammunition for revolvers.
Maxsell has tested countless other manufactureres and these rounds from Y.A.S. are simply the best.
The powder residue left after firing these rounds is much less compared to that of other lesser quality blanks. This is a very important characterisic for blank ammunition. The more residue left of your replica the more likely it is to misfire. It is very important to keep your replica clean and oiled.
The report (sound made) when firing is thunderous and gives the realism needed when shooting. Lets face it the sound your replica makes is very important. You want your gun to have the same sound as the real thing. Not all blanks give a realistic report. Make sure you check this when you are purchasing blanks for your replica.
For Your Information (FYI)
9mm crimps are also referred to as .380 rounds. This caliber is used in blank firing revolvers only. Please note that these will not work in a semi-automatic. These rounds have a crimped end and will only work in blank firing revolvers.
WARNING! "Let The Buyer Beware"
Because of the world wide shortage of ammunition, new suppliers have entered the marketplace offering sub-standard blank ammo. This ammo is to our guns what watered down gasoline is to a vehicle. The auto will run but will not perform optimally. Maxsell Corp. will no longer guarantee the operation of their blank firing firearms when ammunition other than that purchased from Maxsell is used in their products. "Let the buyer beware."
